Our Commitment to Quality

The pillars of service at the hospital revolve around the patient. The patient and the visitor are at the center of all services and concerns. We strive to provide high-quality medical services by recruiting highly qualified, competent teams capable of achieving excellence in healthcare and showing flexible empathy towards patients and hospital visitors.

Believing in our desired goal of providing high-quality services, we follow several international guidelines and protocols based on evidence and modern scientific research. We adhere to the approach of global quality systems, with a significant focus on the standards of the Joint Commission International (JCI) for healthcare quality. The hospital takes pride in being the first Palestinian medical center to receive this recognition. JCI focuses on three main pillars: direct patient care and safety, hospital management system, and standards for student training, and scientific research.

The hospital has also solidified its commitment to the standards of ISO 9001:2012 for quality management systems for support services, contributing to strengthening the hospital's healthcare system. We also take pride in our commitment to and adoption of ISO 15189:2015 quality management standards for medical laboratories, which aim to achieve highly accurate laboratory results at the highest global levels.

We acknowledge the importance of focusing on the quality of medical services and quality management systems by adhering to them, improving operational processes, and medical controls. We are actively seeking accreditation for physician training programs from ACGME (Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education) and the Magnet Award for nursing teams in the near future.
"We are proud and committed to leadership and inspiring management, the dedication of our staff, and the application of our organizational values, all for the sake of optimal quality and better health for the community."
