Continued Nursing Education

The department was established in 2014 as the first department for continued nursing education in the West Bank hospitals. We believe that continued nursing education, as a Professional Development program in Nursing, is an extension and continuation of the educational and training process after formal education. Its aim is to organize experiences, professional practices, and keep up with the ongoing changes in the nursing field.

Vision of the Continued Nursing Education Department

The vision is to elevate the nursing profession and activate its leading role in providing a high level of comprehensive healthcare. This will be achieved through a nursing team capable of assuming all responsibilities and roles assigned to them, transitioning from traditional education to a phase of self-learning and continuous development, which is the responsibility of every individual in this medical institution.
