• Preparation of Annual and Strategic Plans Related to Continuing Nursing Professional Development Program (CNPDP).
  • Developing and providing various programs throughout the year based on periodic evaluation of nursing performance in different departments and event reports.
  • Developing and delivering specialized training and educational programs when new services, medical devices, or procedures are introduced.
  • Welcoming and tracking new employees through the General Nursing Orientation Program, which lasts for three months and includes theoretical introductory lectures on hospital policies and workflows, along with competency-based training and assessment of new nurses.
  • Actively participating in training programs, workshops, and nursing conferences held in various healthcare institutions nationwide.
  • Contributing to the writing of policies and procedures in collaboration with the Quality Department.
  • Participation in various hospital committees, such as recruitment committees or committees investigating event reports, and contributing to the development of training plans based on these committees' decisions.
  • Developing high-quality programs in line with specialized global nursing programs, such as residency programs in nursing.
  • Offering courses and programs tailored to various interests and skill levels, including professional development, personal enrichment, and in-service professional training.
  • Supporting, encouraging, and guiding nursing staff to enhance their roles as trainers and influencers by encouraging them to develop specialized training programs and courses and contribute to the development of continuous education plans.
  • Providing opportunities for education and learning to nurses from all healthcare institutions through communication with the General Nursing Directorate at the Ministry of Health, making education accessible to all.
  • Promoting a supportive and inclusive educational environment that values diversity, collaboration, personal and professional development, and keeping up with training and development technologies, such as preparing and delivering simulation-based training and e-courses that enable nurses to attend these courses outside of working hours and at their convenience.
  • Developing nursing performance competencies in line with patient safety principles and international accreditation recommendations for sustaining safe and high-quality nursing care.
  • Conducting research and studies in the field of nursing and practical care to enhance nursing practices, using the results as references for the development of courses, workshops, and educational programs offered by the department.
