• 24-Hour Pharmacy Services
  The Pharmacy Department operates 24 hours a day to provide medications and pharmaceutical services to patients across various hospital departments, ensuring continuity of medication management.

• Clinical Pharmacy Services
  Pharmacists provide clinical services, including medication therapy review, dose assessment, monitoring of drug interactions and allergies, and treatment follow-up in collaboration with the medical team.

• Oncology Pharmacy Services
  Providing specialized pharmaceutical services for oncology patients, including reviewing treatment protocols and dosages and preparing antineoplastic medications in accordance with approved safety procedures.

•  Medication Safety
  The department promotes the safe use of medications by monitoring high-alert medications and look-alike/sound-alike medications, as well as tracking medication errors and near-miss incidents identified before reaching the patient.

• Drug Information and Medication Counseling
  Providing drug information and consultation to healthcare professionals and medication counseling to patients to promote the safe and effective use of medications.

• Antimicrobial Stewardship
  The Pharmacy Department contributes to the safe and appropriate use of antibiotics through reviewing antimicrobial therapy, dosages, and drug interactions, and assessing the appropriateness of treatment in collaboration with the medical team.
