  • Avoid drinking large quantities of coffee, stimulants, and carbonated drinks.
  • Reduce the consumption of proteins such as meat and poultry.
  • Stay away from pickles and reduce salt intake during Iftar (the meal to break the fast).
  • Drink water and distribute your cups throughout the evening.
  • Avoid direct sunlight.
