NNUH hosted an honorary ceremony on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, to recognize the outstanding efforts and significant contributions of Dr. Kamal Hajazi, the Chief Executive Officer, in the development and success of the hospital over the past four years.
The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Professor Dr. Rami Hamdallah, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the hospital, Professor Dr. Abdel Nasser Zeid, the President of the University, the hospital's board of directors, the medical council, as well as doctors and staff.
His Excellency Professor Dr. Rami Hamdallah expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Kamal Hajazi for his efforts in advancing the hospital and achieving international accreditation (JCIA), emphasizing the importance of collaborative efforts in providing the best medical services to patients. He also welcomed the new CEO of the hospital, Dr. Amin Thalji.
Dr. Kamal Hajazi, in his speech, expressed his gratitude to the Board of Trustees, the hospital's board of directors, and all the team members who contributed to the successes achieved by the hospital. He affirmed his optimism about the hospital's future and its continuous commitment to providing medical services to the community.
Dr. Amin Thalji, the newly appointed CEO of the hospital, expressed his appreciation for the trust placed in him by the Board of Trustees and committed to delivering his best efforts to improve healthcare services, patient care, and meet the needs of the patients. He also expressed his readiness to work as part of a team with the management and medical staff to achieve a high level of quality and excellence in the hospital.
It's worth noting that Dr. Amin Thalji assumed the role of the new Chief Executive Officer of NNUH starting on Thursday, June 1, 2023.
