Dr. Fares Asim Abu Shama, a faculty member at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at An-Najah University and a specialist in urology at An-Najah National University Hospital, has been granted a permanent seat for a duration of 3 years on the British Medical Council affiliated with the Royal College of Surgeons in Urology, Urological Surgery, and Reproductive Medicine.
He will represent the Royal College in the Middle East region for 3 years in various activities, medical examinations, and internal and external training.
Dr. Fares Asim Abu Shama is specialized in urological surgery, particularly in urological oncology and minimally invasive kidney and urinary tract surgery. He completed his medical studies at An-Najah National University and pursued his specialization in urological surgery in Jordan. He furthered his subspecialty training in the UK and is currently a specialist at NNUH.
