Dr. Fares Abu Shama has been practicing medicine since 2010. He is a specialist in kidney and urology surgery at the University Center for Kidney and Urology Surgery at Al-Najah National University Hospital.
He studied general medicine at Al-Najah National University and specialized in urology at King Abdullah University in Jordan, where he completed his residency in 2016. He obtained a fellowship program from the Royal College of Surgeons in the United Kingdom in the field of kidney and urology surgery and has published approximately 30 medical research papers.
